Badges due, worked out for you
Some badges aren't earned by ticking requirements. Badges due works out Joining In awards from years in Scouting, Nights Away and Hikes Away stages from the nights and hikes counted, and Sixer, Patrol Leader and patrol badges from who's in which Six or patrol. Nothing is awarded until a leader says so.
Awarded is not the same as handed over
Badges to present lists every badge awarded but not yet given out, by young person or by badge. Print a pouch insert for each young person's bag, or a grid to lay the badges on, then mark them presented once the bags go out.
Mistakes put right, stock kept straight
Awarding takes a badge out of stock. Remove an award given by mistake and the badge can go back to the stock it came from, the requirements stay ticked, and the audit log records who removed it and why.

Can Scout Suite track badge requirements?
Yes. Leaders can record requirement completion and award badges from member and programme workflows.
Does Scout Suite include uniform badge placement?
Yes. The uniform designer places every badge where the Scouts' uniform rules say it goes, and a young person's own uniform can be built from the badges they've been awarded.
Does Scout Suite award Joining In and Nights Away badges automatically?
It works out who is due them from your records, but a leader still awards them, one at a time or all at once with Award all due.
Can we print what each young person is owed?
Yes. Pouch inserts print a slip for each young person with the badges awarded but not yet handed over. Print it straight away, or Download PDF to print later.
