Scout SuiteIf you signed in to Scout Suite using Facebook Login, we receive basic profile information from Facebook (your name, email address and profile picture) to create and authenticate your Scout Suite account. You can ask us to delete this data, along with the rest of your account, at any time.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@scoutsuite.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account deletion request". Include your account email if it's different from the address you're writing from.
We'll confirm receipt and delete your account and associated personal data — including any data obtained via Facebook Login — within 30 days, except where we're required to keep certain records for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. We'll tell you if any data must be retained and why.
If you belong to a Scout group
If your data was entered into Scout Suiteby a Scout group you're a member of (for example a leader added you as a young person or parent contact), please contact that group first — they control that record. We'll assist the group with your request where we act as their data processor. This page covers deletion of your own Scout Suite login account, including data received from Facebook Login.
