Pricing questions
How much does a Scout group pay?
£50 per group per year after a 60-day free trial. One subscription covers unlimited sections, leaders and young people.
What does district or county central billing cost?
Districts pay £40 per paying group per year (20% volume discount). Counties pay £25 per paying group per year (50% discount). Central checkout starts once you have at least 5 paying groups (district) or 10 (county).
Is district or county access free?
Yes — when groups in your area pay for themselves, district and county dashboards are free. You only need central billing if you choose to fund Scout Suite for groups.
Can a group be paid by its district or county?
Yes. District and county teams invite groups and can tick “we pay centrally”. Groups keep their own data; billing moves to the org Stripe subscription.
Does the plan include finance, subs and payments?
Yes. Payment schedules, invoices, parent payment flows, bank reconciliation, Gift Aid and treasurer reporting are included at group level.
Can Scout Suite replace Online Scout Manager?
Scout Suite includes OSM import and migration support, plus finance, safety, equipment, API access and developer integrations.
