Awarding badges
Tracking gets someone to 100% automatically; awarding is still a deliberate, separate step — here's how to hand them out from one list, including when you haven't got enough in the box for everyone.
See who's ready, and who's close
Badge Progress lives on the section — open Cubs (or whichever section) and it's in the section menu. There are two lists: Ready to award for anyone at 100%, and At 80% or more for people who are close but not finished. Badge Definitions is the group catalogue of official and custom badges, not where you award them.
Hand them out by badge, or review by person
Ready to award can be grouped by badge — these five people need Gardener, these two need Pioneer — or by young person. The badge image sits next to the name so you can match it to the box you're holding.
Award who you can hand out tonight
Award all is for when you have enough in the box. If you're short, tick only the ones you can physically hand out and Award selected — the rest stay on the list until stock arrives. Awarding takes them out of Badge Stock, so you can't record more awards than you have on hand.
