Every email you send and its replies, WhatsApp and SMS conversation, phone call, voicemail, meeting and assistant chat is kept as a vCon, the standard record of a conversation. Each one is signed and held on a separate vCon store outside Scout Suite, so it's tamper-evident, any change can be detected, and the record is still there if something in Scout Suite is deleted or damaged.

Yes. Scout Suite includes email and parent communication workflows connected to group and member records.
What is a vCon?
A vCon is the open standard record of a conversation: who took part, what was said and when, on any channel. Scout Suite signs each one and keeps it on a separate vCon store, so the group has a tamper-evident record it can download, or export for a subject access request.
Does Scout Suite support SMS and Facebook?
Yes. Groups can send SMS where messaging is configured, and connect a Facebook Page to post announcements alongside email.
