Sign the minutes off once they're agreed. Each meeting is also kept as a signed vCon, with its transcript, summary, minutes and a fingerprint of every recording, on a separate vCon store outside Scout Suite. It's tamper-evident, so any change can be detected, and it notes who started the recording.
