Campsites and jamborees

Campsite, activity centre and jamboree management software

Run a Scout campsite, activity centre or jamboree with everything a Group gets: a staff team with roles, a phone number and leader eSIMs, safety and premises records, kit you own or hire, and finance with grants and fundraising. Your District or County sets it up in minutes.

Its own space, run by your District or County

A District or County adds a campsite, centre or jamboree from its dashboard with just a name and a contact email. It gets its own dashboard and its own team, stays linked to the District or County that runs it, and starts with a 60-day trial.

Built for staff, not sections

There are no young people, badges or waiting lists to get in the way. Your volunteers are organised into Teams, such as site staff, catering or activities, each with its own leaders, and a Quartermaster can run the kit without seeing the money.

One number for the whole site

Give the site or the event a permanent UK phone number, put your leaders on eSIMs that call each other, and build call flows that send callers to the right team, with menus, schedules, voicemail and call history. Share flows with the Groups and the District around you.

Safe, and able to show it

Risk assessments, incident records and a risk register, the Scouts' premises audit with questions written for campsites and centres, maintenance tasks with reminders, a fire log book and certificates with expiry dates. Any of your volunteers can report a problem from a QR poster on a building.

Kit you own, rent or are given

Track equipment as owned, rented or donated, tag it with QR labels or NFC tags, book kits, run stocktakes across every store, log PAT tests, and record what happened to anything you let go, including what it sold for.

Money, meetings and records

Invoices, bank reconciliation, budgets, grants with their conditions and fundraising pages with Gift Aid. Record planning meetings and get the minutes, and keep documents, contacts and the site's locations on the map. Every conversation is kept as a signed, tamper-evident vCon.

Scout campsite and jamboree management software

Where this fits in Scout Suite

Scout Suite is broader than a single feature. This page connects into the wider operating system for members, parents, leaders, treasurers and trustees.

Questions groups ask

Who can set up a campsite or jamboree in Scout Suite?

A District or County, from Add a site or event on its dashboard. Whoever adds it becomes its first admin and can invite the rest of the team.

What does it cost?

Each one starts with a 60-day trial, and is billed through the District or County that runs it, the same way a District or County can pay for its Groups.

Can visiting groups book pitches through Scout Suite?

No. Scout Suite runs the site itself: its team, safety, premises, kit, phones and money. Pitch and site bookings from visiting groups aren't part of it.

Can a jamboree manage young people from lots of Groups?

No. A jamboree in Scout Suite is for the people running it: the staff team, its phones, kit, safety and money. Young people's records stay with their own Groups.
