How-to guide
In Touch export
The In Touch export is what the home contact keeps while the section is away. It lists every young person with their emergency contacts, and their date of birth and home address under their name.
Watch this on its own pageExport it from the section
Open the section and choose In Touch export. It opens In Touch – Emergency Contacts. Print sends it to your printer, and Download PDF saves the same sheet as a PDF. Untick Include medical information first if the person at home only needs the contacts. An event's In Touch button, on its Manage page, does the same for everyone on the event.
What's on it
Each young person's name is followed by their date of birth and home address, then their emergency contacts, so the person at home can answer the questions an emergency service will ask.
Keep it safe
It's personal data: give it only to the In Touch contact, and destroy it when the section is home.
