Check badges, programme and attendance

Review badge records, requirement progress, uniform information, section attendance and event history before leaders depend on the new system.

Step 3

Switch on finance and parent workflows

Move subscriptions, invoices, payment schedules, parent portal access, consent and Gift Aid into Scout Suite when the group is ready.

Step 4

Add safety, phones, meetings and integrations

Round out the migration with risk assessments, equipment, a group phone number and shareable call flows (including eSIM-to-eSIM calling for camps and larger events), meeting recordings, API keys, OAuth apps, SSO and any trusted external services.
