Buying from the group shop
Parents buy from **Shop** in the family portal. Volunteers buy from **Shop** on their own profile. Both pay through the Group's payment provider, and each has their own basket.

In the family portal, choose Shop under the heading, or Shop in the account menu at the top right. Fill in anything the item asks for, like the name to embroider, choose the size and add it to the basket. A made-to-order item has no quantity to run out of.
Check out
Choose Check out to go to the payment provider, where the payment and any discount code are taken. Nothing is charged until that payment goes through.
Volunteers use the shop on their profile
A volunteer opens Shop from their profile, or from Shop in the account menu at the top right. It's the same stock, with a basket separate from any parent's, and the same checkout.
